- Cleaning: The damaged area is cleaned to remove any debris, dirt, or moisture that could affect the repair process.
- Resin Injection: A special resin is injected into the damaged area using specialized tools. The resin is designed to fill the void left by the impact and restore the windshield’s structural integrity.
- Curing: The resin is cured using ultraviolet (UV) light, causing it to harden and bond with the glass. This process ensures that the repaired area becomes strong and transparent.
- Polishing: After the resin is fully cured, the excess is trimmed, and the surface is polished to make it smooth and nearly invisible. This step helps improve the appearance of the repaired area.
